OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. In very rare cases this doesn’t happen.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your 101 clinical skincare products purchased directly through www.101clinicalskincare.com, you may return any items from your order. We will gladly accept the return of unopened items with the original seal and packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order to begin the facilitation of your return, please contact us via phone on +2349086000111 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return and receive return instructions/authorization. Any returns received without a return authorization will be unable to be processed. Returned items will need to be received by our center within thirty (30) days of the order date to be eligible for a refund.
We do not refund shipping and handling fees. Please note that you must send a copy of your original receipt with every return. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. We will email you a refund receipt once returns has been processed.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel an order before it ships and you will receive a full refund within 5 business days of this cancellation.
OUR ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, provided the items are in stock and payment has been received and confirmed.
101 Clinical skincare does not process orders during weekends or holidays.
Orders are charged sales tax if applicable.
We work with the best shippers to ensure your items get delivered without eventualities, however we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged in transit. If this should happen, we will still work with you to reach an amicable solution.
If you have received items that may have been damaged during transit. Please save the damaged box and product(s) and contact us via phone on +2349086000111 or email email@example.com within two (2) business days of receipt for further instructions.
